$200,000.00 Bodily Injury and Uninsured Motorist limits tendered after a motor vehicle crash

A middle-aged schoolteacher was rear-ended in a crash in Broward. Although she had a prior history of back pain, she had to undergo back surgery because of the injuries she suffered.
