A young woman and her boyfriend rented bikes to go biking in a popular park in Dade County. Shortly after getting on the bike, she lost control due to the front tire becoming wobbly and exploding, causing her to be thrown onto the pavement, suffering extensive injuries to her head, face, collar, neck, and back. The law firm brought a lawsuit against the Bike Rental company, citing negligent failure to regularly inspect and maintain the bike before renting it out.
