$865,000.00 Paid for Medical Malpractice Wrongful Death Against Hospital and Physicians

An $865,000.00 Medical Malpractice wrongful death settlement was reached with a local hospital and two physicians shortly before trial for the death of a patient who died from post-hernia repair complications stemming from the hospital and physicians’ failure to properly diagnose and treat a post-operative ileus leading to aspiration pneumonia, acute asphyxiation and death.
